Time for a Meal Plan Monday!
Monday
Spaghetti
Garlic Toast

Tuesday
Hotdogs

Wednesday
Taco Soup

Thursday
Chicken-Broccoli Casserole

Friday
Eat out at Fast Food place

Saturday
Grilled Steak
Corn on the cob

Sunday
Cube Steak
Mashed Potatoes and Gravy
Green Beans

I have decided to give one of my recipes for one of my meals on the meal plan each week.

This week’s recipe is for Taco Soup:

1 pound lean ground beef
1 can kidney beans
1 can green beans
1 can corn
1 large can diced tomatoes
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 package taco seasoning
1 package Ranch dressing mix

Throw it all in a crock pot and cook til done. I cook mine for about 6-8 hours on low. Top with nacho chips and sour cream. My family loves this stuff and it’s so easy to make.

    Think I will take your spaghetti and garlic toast and have that on Wednesday. Normally have spaghetti, but will be nice with garlic toast. Thanks – helped me. Nina

    Thanks for your comment Nina. Be careful about the garlic toast. it will become a habit. I used to just make it once in awhile with spaghetti but my family would be disappointed the times we didn’t have it.So now we have it every time.

  3. Your Taco Soup sounds so good! My youngest loves tacos so I might make some of this for our lunches. The other 2 picky eaters will just miss out ;)
