Meal Plan for January 7-13

Hope y’all had a nice week. Mine was up and down.

Have you ever wanted to plan something but when you sit down to do it, Your brain turns to mush and you just don’t know where to start? That’s what I have been feeling this week. But, I did invest in a one time coaching call on the recommendation of someone I trust and the time I spent with him, totally broke the dam of confusion.

Okay well enough about that. Here’s my dinner menu plan for the week. I linked the recipes that I got from other sites.

Round Steak and Gravy
Mashed Potatoes
Green Beans
Garlic Lemon Chicken
Slow Cooker Beef and Potato Casserole
Fast Food Friday
Grilled Steak
Baked Potatoes
Grilled Mushrooms, Peppers and Onions
Rice and Bean Roll-ups

    Yum! I think I might want to come eat at your house this week. I know my boys would want to visit for fast food Friday 😉 Garlic Lemon Chicken sounds really good to me.

    Yum, grilled peppers, mushrooms, and onions! Can I come eat at your place? lol No one else in my house would touch them, but I sure love them.

    • No one likes those veggies grilled? That’s sad Jamie! Fortunately my family loves them.

        It’s the mushrooms and onions they won’t touch. I guess it’s a texture thing? Or maybe “Dad doesn’t like them so no one else does either”. Some day I’ll pull them to the dark side. lol

  3. Oh yeah I remember the dad thing. My kids wouldn’t touch milk as a kid cos their dad didn’t like it. Even though I always had milk with dinner.
