I’m excited because at the end of the week I’ll be going to Georgia on vacation until the 2nd. So I won’t be posting a meal plan for a few weeks after today.

I have an easy recipe for Chicken and Dumplings. Here ya go:
I cook a few chicken breasts in a few cups of water with a few chicken bouillon cubes all day in the crock pot. Then remove the chicken and shred it. Add a can of cream of celery soup and a can of cream of chicken to the chicken broth and add the shredded chicken back to it. Also add any seasonings of your choice. I add black pepper and parsley. When it is heated through, open a can of biscuits and cut into smaller pieces. I use kitchen shears to cut them up. Cook for another 30 minutes or so until the dumplings are cooked.
Sometimes, I already have some shredded chicken on hand so I cook all of this on the stove stop instead of the crock pot.
