Meal Plan Monday for January 16-22

Hope everyone had a great week. It finally turned cold here but the weather is supposed to get back into the 60’s by mid week.

Not much to report on the home front here. I have been doing a lot of reading and working. I’m starting to organize some rooms, particularly my office/studio.

I don’t know why it is but every Fall when I get really busy in my craft business, my office gradually becomes a room for everyone to store their junk. Maybe it’s because I’m too busy to move the junk to where it should go. All I know is by January, my office is a total wreck and about 90% of it isn’t even my mess.

So time to get it cleaned out, organized and back to being my office. I work so much better in a clean office. In fact lately, since it’s been so messy, I have been working on my lap tap in other rooms just so I don’t have to look at it.

Beef Shish-ka-bob with onions, red, yellow and green peppers

This week I’m going to tell you how I make my shish ka bobs. Of course they are just meat and vegetables grilled on the grill. But what I do, is buy a large pack of stew beef and then put it in a gallon sized plastic bag. I cover it with a marinade made of half Worcestershire sauce and half lemon juice. Then I usually freeze it unless we will be using it within a day or two. It comes out tender and tangy. Simple, huh?
