Here is my recipe to share for this week:
Easy Parmesan Chicken
1 package of boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
1 package of Italian Dressing Mix
1 bag of Parmesan Cheese (not the powdered stuff that comes in the little canister)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Get out a bowl and mix the Parmesan and Italian Dressing mix.
Get another bowl out with water in it.
Dip the chicken in the water first and then roll it in the cheese mixture.
Place on a baking dish and bake until done. I have a temperamental oven so I have to bake this for about an hour and 10 minutes for it to be done but yours will probably take less time. Just keep an eye on it and when it looks golden brown, it’s probably done.
