Fixer to Fabulous Lawsuit
The plaintiffs, Matthew and Sarah McGrath, lodged a complaint against the companies of the Marrs couple, ‘Jupiter Rentals’ and ‘Marrs Construction’. The McGraths argue that the business broke its contract by failing to complete their work correctly. The court awaited mediation, but mediation failed completely.
McGrath’s legal team argues in a court statement filed on Oct. 2 that both mediation and repeated attempts to have the defendants provide supplements have failed. To settle the lawsuit, a five-day jury trial is expected to begin at 9 a.m. on September 23, 2024, in the Benton County Courthouse.
